4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT TERMS

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship to most locations worldwide, with the following exceptions:

• Some remote areas in Asia

If you reside in an area we cannot service, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the horrifying nature of these products, the following cannot be returned:

• Bloody/Gory Props (for hygiene reasons)
• All Animatronics (Electric, General, Graveyard)
• Opened Costumes (Costume Robes, Costume Types, Creature Reacher Costumes)
• Custom or Personalized Items
• Final Sale Items

6.3 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging

6.4 Return Process

Our spine-chilling return process involves four simple steps:

1. Contact our Haunt Team at [email protected] within 15 days
2. Wait for authorization (within 2 business days)
3. Ship your return with the provided Return Authorization Number
4. Wait for processing (5-7 business days after we receive your return)

6.5 Refunds

Refund processing times:

• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Credit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal Refunds: 2-3 business days to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
